2026 CFR INVITATION:

Entry fee is $30.00 per adult person; $15.00 for teens ages (13-17), 

Children 12 and under free.


SENIORS, VETERANS, ACTIVE MILITARY MEMBERS: Entry fee is $25.00.

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Cash, Check, Credit Card ($3 fee will be added to all credit card. ZELLE, VENMO and CASH APP. Accepted.


PROMOTIONS: From time to time, the Herculano Castilleja fundraising committee will offer special incentive offers.  Promos will vary.  


Family members are encouraged to look out for promotions; or, simply pay the regular registration fees.

Hosting a family reunion takes time, effort, coordination and money, kindly follow the below listed reminder deadlines: 


REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  

AUGUST 31, 2026


VENUE FIRE CODE: 

In Texas, violating venue fire codes—such as blocking emergency exits, exceeding maximum occupancy carries severe legal penalties


Maximum capacity: 500

If we reach maximum capacity on the day of the event, we will not be able to let additional family in.

In order to coordinate a food caterer, we need a head count  by August 31, 2026.

We are asking everyone to wear the 2026 UNIDOS HACEMOS FUERZA annual reunion t-shirt for the annual picture.  


PREVIOUS REUNION TSHIRT OR SHIRTS:   Family members are allowed to use previous family color t-shirts as long as they don't have any previous reunion information or dates.
